ScopeX Terms of Service

You must have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms.

If you have not reached the legal age at which you may independently enter into an agreement in your region, your guardian must read and agree to these Terms, and you may use the Service only under your guardian’s guidance.

You may not use ScopeX if the law prohibits you from using the Service.

Certain features may require you to use ScopeX through Telegram.

You must:

• Protect your Telegram account and devices
• Be responsible for actions taken through your account
• Not impersonate another person
• Not sell, rent, or unlawfully transfer your eligibility to use the Service
• Promptly contact us upon discovering unauthorized use

ScopeX will not ask you to provide your Telegram password.

ScopeX targets only publicly accessible Telegram content.

We do not provide or promise:

• Search of private chats
• Search of private groups that are not publicly accessible
• Access to non-public group membership relationships
• Circumvention of Telegram permissions, invitations, or access restrictions
• Recovery of deleted content or content you are not authorized to access
• Coverage of all public content on Telegram

Search results may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or inaccurate. The appearance of any channel, group, or content in the results does not mean that ScopeX endorses its authenticity, legality, or views.

ScopeX search results are intended to help users find relevant leads and, wherever possible, return to the original source on Telegram.

ScopeX does not claim ownership of third-party content and does not aim to create a comprehensive, browsable content republication site.

Rights in third-party content remain with the respective rights holders. When accessing, saving, republishing, or using such content, users must independently verify the lawfulness of their actions and comply with applicable law.

You may not use ScopeX to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, or infringing activity
• Search for, identify, or track private individuals in order to harass or harm them
• Dox, maliciously expose, or disseminate sensitive personal information
• Circumvent access controls imposed by Telegram or ScopeX
• Search for or disseminate illegal content such as child sexual abuse material
• Scrape, copy, or resell ScopeX search results at scale
• Use bots, scripts, or other means to send abnormal requests to the Service
• Interfere with servers, networks, interfaces, or security mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, crack, or circumvent technical restrictions, except where expressly permitted by law
• Falsify identity, reward eligibility, submission records, or referral relationships
• Upload malware or files that infringe the rights and interests of others
• Use the Service for unauthorized surveillance, discrimination, or high-risk automated decision-making

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate the processing of requests, content, or accounts suspected of violating these Terms.

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded images, files, community information, feedback, and other submitted content.

By submitting content to ScopeX, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit and process the content
• The content does not violate any law or third-party right
• You authorize ScopeX to process the content to the extent necessary to provide, review, secure, and improve the relevant features

This authorization is non-exclusive and limited to the scope reasonably necessary to operate and improve ScopeX.

Do not submit private content, unauthorized personal information, or works that you have no right to process.

Submission of a Telegram community does not guarantee that it will be included, displayed, or receive traffic.

We may review or adjust inclusion based on the following factors:

• Whether the community is publicly accessible
• Whether the information is truthful and accurate
• Whether the content is lawful
• Whether spam, fraud, or security risks exist
• Whether the community meets product quality standards
• Whether a valid rights complaint has been received

We may decline or suspend indexing, adjust how relevant records are displayed, or remove them from ScopeX search results, but have no obligation to continuously monitor all third-party content.

These measures affect only ScopeX’s index and search results. They do not delete or modify the original content on Telegram or any other third-party platform.

ScopeX may provide points, eligibility, or rewards for community submissions, information corrections, user referrals, or other valid contributions.

Unless otherwise expressly provided in the rules of a specific campaign:

• Rewards do not constitute wages or an employment relationship
• Rewards do not constitute securities, deposits, or investment products
• Displayed points or estimated rewards are not guaranteed to have cash value
• Reward eligibility is subject to review and anti-cheating results
• Fraud, bulk registration, false submissions, or self-dealing may result in cancellation of rewards
• Reward recipients are responsible for taxes and fees in accordance with applicable law
• Specific calculation, distribution, and expiration rules are governed by the relevant campaign page

If rewards involve a Token, on-chain assets, or cash, the relevant rewards will be governed by separately published reward rules.

Rights in the ScopeX name, logo, interface design, software, code, database structure, original copy, and other proprietary content are held by ScopeX or the relevant rights holders in accordance with law.

Without permission, you may not copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, or create substantially derivative services from such materials.

This Section does not affect the rights that users and third parties lawfully hold in their original content.

ScopeX may link to:

• Telegram
• Third-party channels, groups, or messages
• External websites
• Blockchain networks
• Third-party wallets or service providers

These services are independently operated by third parties. ScopeX does not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices and makes no representations regarding third-party conduct.

When using third-party services, you should read and comply with the applicable terms.

If you believe that a search result infringes privacy, copyright, trademark, or other lawful rights and interests, you may request that we review it.

The request should include, to the extent possible:

• The specific content or result link
• The original Telegram link
• The rights holder’s identity and contact details
• Evidence of rights
• The action requested
• A statement regarding the truthfulness of the request

We may request supplementary materials and, depending on the circumstances, take measures such as correction, discontinuing indexing, restricting display, or removal from ScopeX search results.

These measures affect only ScopeX’s index and search results. They do not delete or modify the original content on Telegram or any other third-party platform.

Submitting a false, misleading, or malicious complaint may result in rejection of the request and may give rise to corresponding liability.

ScopeX remains under continuous development. We may:

• Add, modify, or remove features
• Adjust search scope and ranking methods
• Restrict use in certain regions, on certain devices, or by certain accounts
• Suspend the Service for maintenance or discontinue parts of the Service
• Update free, paid, or reward rules

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that any feature will remain available permanently.

ScopeX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:

• The Service will be continuous, timely, secure, or entirely error-free
• Search results will be complete, accurate, or current
• All public Telegram content can be discovered
• Search results will be suitable for any particular purpose
• Third-party content will be authentic, lawful, or reliable
• Users will necessarily receive rewards, returns, or traffic
• The Service will be unaffected by changes to networks, Telegram, or third parties

You must exercise your own judgment regarding search results and third-party content and must not rely solely on ScopeX when making legal, financial, medical, security, or other high-risk decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScopeX will not be liable for:

• Indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunities, or reputation
• Losses caused by third-party content or third-party services
• Consequences arising from a user’s violation of law or third-party rights
• Network, platform, or infrastructure failures beyond reasonable control

If the law does not permit the complete exclusion of certain liabilities, this Section will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If we reasonably believe that you:

• Have violated these Terms
• Pose a risk to others or the platform
• Have engaged in fraud or abuse
• Have violated legal requirements

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access and cancel any eligibility or rewards obtained through violations.

You may stop using ScopeX and may request deletion of relevant personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the product, or the business.

Material changes will be communicated through the official website, Telegram Mini App, or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service may be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms, except where separate consent is required by law.
